I found these on an abandoned site and I don't know if anyone would be interested in these. But if you are like me and like unusual hard to find plants, then these are right up your alley.
Here is a brief description:
Though technically a leek, this is the plant that was traditionally grown as Garlic in much of the Southeastern U.S. Introduced by the early settlers, it is now naturalized around both plantation ruins and Gullah farmsteads. (Plant it where it gets full to part sun in winter, water it the first season and the clumps will grow bigger every year. ) Both foliage and bulbs can be used as garlic. The handsome inflorescence attract both butterflies and bees, they also make very cool additions to dried arrangements. Very deer-resistant, interplant it with more vulnerable perennials to protect them as well. Each pot has 3-4 plants. Plants are dormant between June and October.
They like to be grown in full sun and they do multiply, naturalize the area you plant them in.
