If so, anyway to tell if it's a dwarf? I would like to propagate, but don't want a dwarf. Pic may not help. I cut down to the ground and didn't think of taking picture of the hedge.

You can't have too many viburnums..
Your singular image appears to have alternate arrangement of leaves.
If you live in Louky, then this is an evergreen plant.
More information will always help. I think you may have an
Ilex glabra
there - Inkberry Holly.
