Hi & welcome! Are you able to add a pic of the whole plant with pot? I would first investigate the stem with the problem leaves and see if you can find any spot where it might have gotten pinched, bent too far, or stressing over the rim of the pot.

Wow, it's plantopia! What a great Pothos!

A few thoughts... with so much plant in a pretty small pot, it could dry quickly. Also, if too much water is added, the roots could suffocate, overwatering.

It looks like it doesn't have a drain hole, so over time a buildup of tap water &/or fertilizer substances can occur. That can cause various issues by changing the PH & available nutrients. A change of soil might be warranted in the near future.

The point on the stems where they go over the edge and rest on the rim can be under a lot of stress.

You probably know to check for micro pests with magnification. A mag. glass or blowing up a pic.

Individual leaves just sometimes perish even if the plant is otherwise healthy.

Curious about your plans for it, now that it is crawling across the floor.

It does not have an open drain hole and the soil does not replaced. i have had it for awhile now.

From everything above going to get a larger pot with a drain to it. after a few weeks, will probably cut off the lower stems to start a new plant.

How often should the soil be replaced?

I'm not sure that is the solution to the yet unknown issue your plant is having, but if it has been a few yrs, I would believe that the plant would appreciate it.

That depends on how the plant is growing, whether or not it's possible to flush the soil occasionally, the type of soil. I'm a long standing member of the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" club, but it can be hard sometimes to spot the initial stages of "broken."

Watering a hanging pot with holes can be tricky. A big saucer can be used temporarily until dripping stops, but if the drips hit leaves on the way down, then can splash and land outside of the saucer.
