Those pretty leaves definitely look like
Wax Plant (Hoya pubicalyx) but other than that, if it didn't have a label/tag/name attached to it when acquired, it's almost impossible to know if it is a named cultivar. I was told by a Hoya grower years ago that Hoya pubicalyx can be extremely variable with very few to no spots/splotches, or with many spots/splotches. Once it produces blooms though, you can compare it the flowers of the different cultivars and possibly find a close match.
