Thread OP

Hello! Im trying to identify these trees. I also thought they were some type of fruitless olive trees, but apparently they're not upon googling them. Also they used to be really nice green, lively, but last few years they look dry and not as many leaves. Is this a soil, drain issue or needs to be fertilized? Thanks so much!

Las Vegas, NV. Sorry forgot to mention that. The soils do get hard and compacted over the years but these trees have been there for long time.

Your photos do not enlarge; could you post close up shots of a branch, some leaves both healthy and unwell, and a more distant shot of the area where they are planted?
So far they look rather dry to me, perhaps because they are growing on a slope?

The pictures are terrible quality but I'm getting a loquat vibe from them.
