The bloom edge color in this database photo does appear much lighter than the description of Harlequin but color in a photograph can often appear variable from photo to photo due to the specific camera and available lighting.

Harlequin has frilled/ruffled leaf margins and the photo in question also has frilled margins but the color appears much lighter than Harlequin. The photo owner sedumzz has proposed moving the picture to the general database entry, which is likely the best location if the plant doesn't have a label.
