Yesterday I picked up a small plant marked Echeveria gibbiflora. I just finished repotting it and took the picture. It was purchased at a local nursery and had no markings for where they sourced it. When looking online I see a lot of variation in photos for E.g. I have read everything at:

Can anyone shed any light on this plant?

Always looking for interesting plants for pollinators and food! Bonus points for highly, and pleasantly scented plants.

Echeveria gibbiflora is one of the most hybridized plants in the genus. Responsible for almost all the carunculated plants (this feature is age dependent, not consistent generally, somewhat unpredictable in some plants). Also the ruffled phenotype of plants like Mauna Loa. There are many hybrids, including complex hybrids, by Dick Wright (Rain Drops is a derivative). I think you will need to see the adult full size plant (including its flowers) before you reach any real conclusions.
