Transplanted plumaria and wonder if it's going to sprout. Had to cut some soft stems. Milk present. Sealed ends with paint. One stem has what looks like a sprout but not sure. Could send photo.

the buds/tip looks just like mine which are slowly getting leaves now with hot weather.
