Purchased a Good Luck Oriental Totem Pole. Kept it in water for 8 weeks and it grew nice leaves. After 8 weeks 4/22/2022 I transferred it to soil in a 6" pot. Since then the same leaves remain but there is no new growth. I thought maybe the pot was too small so it transferred it to a 10" pot. During the transfer when I removed the pole from the old soil I noticed there were no roots on the log. Should I leave the pole in the new pot and soil or should I remove it and place it in water to see if it grows roots? I have attached a photo for you to see. Thank you in advance

Put it BACK into the 6" pot. It doesn't have any roots so it doesn't need a lot of soil. Keep it warm and well-lit and it will continue growing nicely. They don't grow real fast until they actually have roots.
