Needed to update my email address and password, but
I must have messed up big time. After updating password, I could
not get into my account, so had to make new account to
leave this message. Mistyfog is user name for original account.

Scroll to the bottom and use the Contact link and then the ' Click here to contact the NGA staff'. It will go to @dave and he can help.

I instructed the system to email you a login link to the email address you have registered with your original account. Please click on that link and it'll log you right in.

You can then change your password. I recommend for the time being that you don't use any special characters in your password (characters like !@#$%^&*, etc). Some devices are currently not compatible with some special characters on Garden.org.

Dave, I need to change the email address too. I did this in the
mistyfog23 account I just made yesterday. And, I did use
a special character when trying to access the original account, but not for the second account. I will update both the email address and
the password for the original account if access is possible.
