This bloom is the wrong Dinner Plate™ cultivar, Ice Cream is a light periwinkle blue bloom often with white margins, befitting it's Ice Cream name. Some online vendors seem to have mixed up a few from the series. Here is the list in the database:

This was an early morning image….later in the day it changed to a more periwinkle shade. I posted two images, one at 8:15a and one from 8:15p later that evening. The early morning bloom looked bright blue, contrary to how it looked later in the evening.

These came from Brecks.com and I also referenced K. VonBurgodien with also had this bloom listed as Ice Cream. It's the only one that it looks like it could be. Take a look and tell me what you think about it. The collection included Blueberry Pie, Ice Cream, Tiramisu, Jello and Cheesecake. See what you think about the images….so far only Blueberry Pie and Ice Cream have bloomed for me.

I found it matched Sugar Dome….shall I delete and repost? Or is there a way to shift my images to reflect the correct name specimen?
