I love those types of gardens and I'm still trying to strike that perfect balance in my yard. They're usually very maintenance-free as well. Gorgeous banner, Cal!

What a beautiful mix of flowers in your friend's garden. I am wondering, however, whether the white blooms might be False Queen Anne's Lace (aka Bishop's Weed, scientific name Ammi majus), which typically has the more domed umbels seen in your banner shot, as opposed to the flatter umbels of Queen Anne's Lace. Just a thought.

Thanks, ELizabeth, for pointing that out.....could be a pretender to the throne. Whistling

And thanks everyone for your comments & thumbs. I will be sure to
pass it on to Chelsea, who I know will be happy that you enjoyed her flowers, too. Thumbs up

(I hope she will accept my invitation to join NGA ;)
