I have an infestation wondering if anyone can identify it from pictures. Also any suggestions to get rid of it organically without chemicals if possible. Thanks in advance.

Slime mold, dog vomit slime and all good for the soil. It's just the mulch breaking down. It isn't poisonous

If you don't want to look at it (it is gross looking), pick it up and toss it into the compost pile.

Good news! It's slime mold, no need to treat it in any way. It grows on wood chips when conditions are just right. It won't harm your plants or soil.
If you decide to get rid of it, it doesn't take chemicals. Just use a shovel to scoop it up and toss it in the trash.
It's actually interesting stuff, not really a fungus. You can even buy a kit to grow it as a science project, you feed it oatmeal to keep it going.
Welcome!

A strong jet of water does the job too.

Hi & welcome!

^ What they said!

You could also cover it with more mulch or leaves.
