Field of Mustard

While driving through Rancho Santa Fe on my way to the coast last week, I was struck by this field of mustard,
Sinapis arvensis, but couldn't stop at the time.
I went back a few days later to take pics, and will try to take pics every week or two for the rest of the year to see how it changes over time.

It brings to mind the English countryside for me, just beautiful. Great banner, Cal! I'd love to see a series of those photos taken every week of the same rolling hills.

evolved over time.

But will try to go over to get a pic in the
next few days, and hopefully get more next year.
