Oops 😬 I guess my response didn't post. I don't think there is a way to register this in USA. I think you can register but outside US. And the way, we we grow a number of desert roses seedlings, we could be out a lot of money
You and I might have to start our own organization where we can register our own "seed grown" desert roses. Most well known adenium (or plumeria) growers do not register their seed grown "unique" cultivars but they have their own website to post their "marketing name" and they have the US vendors use their photo from their website when they sell their named varieties. Once these are commercially available these grafted varieties can be added in the database with the proof of the link where these varieties are sold.
Meantime, since I am not yet retired, I just add in the caption the "name" of my own seedgrown varieties and upload the photo under the generic database entry.
