Would love to have even half the greenhouse he has. I could grow a lot of adeniums, plumerias, cacti and succulents.

Wow, his adeniums are just amazing! I now can picture letting some of mine grow taller and not pruning them once they've branched out. Not to his height since I'll have to bring them in. But if I'm ever forced to move somewhere with mild winters where they can stay out all year, I'd definitely go for the trees.

I was looking for that book today and found this link, the page isn't in the menu system on his website but based on the information there it sounds like they are letting it go out of print. Those 10 copies left at exotic plant books may be the last new copies ever printed.
