I need help to regrow the leaves on my plant. I saw a video where I can cut the steam in several pieces and it will grow more plants. Is that real?

If there were green leaves at the top, I would hold out hope .Since there aren't any, I'd get a new plant.

Sometimes you just can't save them.

You can try but it may not be easy and won't be quick.

It just looks so dried-out and the bark is peeling at the bottom, so I think it's already dead.
