Forb is not an abbreviation. A forb is an herbaceous broadleaf plant that is not grass-like.

I have no idea what "Meisc" is. Do you mean "Misc" as an abbreviation of miscellaneous?

Maybe a typo of Mesic. An ecological environment with a moderate amount of moisture.

Thank you all for your replies, I searched Wikipedia's botanical glossary, for mesic, It's a moist environmental habitat.
I'm getting old and had forgotten basic botany learned over 60 years ago! Thank You!
