Upon second look, I'm leaning toward cockroach, but I can't tell size. What is that surface?

You have to watch the video to see what it looks like, I can't get a photo to stay in focus....

It is a tiny thing. Maybe 2 or 3 mm in length. It is in a green ziploc bag. Thats why when it jumps it doesn't seem to get very far. I've got about 5 of them caught in bags and trying to figure out what they are.
