Bob said in the sun for Midnight Rose so I planted it with my roses.

Here are a few shots. Fairy Rose (pink) and Midnight Rose Heuclera

Very pretty combinations. I like how the rose picks up the pink of Midnight Rose.

Thank you all. This is my driveway bed that I have been working on for a few years. Being the first thing you see driving to the house I wanted it to be attractive and fragrant.

It is also a difficult bed because it is a driveway and gets all the snow/salt piled up on this bed. I have thrown everything at this bed but the kitchen sink. It is amazing that the roses (Fairy Rose and the red grocery store roses) and a lot of Heucheras have done very well in this bed.

Heucheras are a strange plant. You would think salt and snow would kill it but I think the weight of the snow keeps them from heaving in the winter.
