My guess would be a charred stick...

second seems like maybe a flake of flint / obsidian, especially when digging tubers... Forage is a kind of gardening, yeah?

Looks like it would be a dibble, but on a longer handle so there's no bending. A telescoping handle would be ideal, mine is just short. But I guess you have to bend to plant the seeds anyway.
