here is the bed layout for a war garden from chicago tribune
apr 8, 1918. the garden measured 30ft x 40ft
the area numbered are the planted beds, the measurements
of each bed a listed below the diagram.


beds 1-15 are 11.25ft x 4ft : bed 16: 12 3/4 ft x 4 ft: bed 17 3ft x 12ft
bed 18 24.5 ft bed 19 3ft x 3ft i will post the week by weeks plantings

I saw a victory garden plan once, I remember it had a lot of cabbage. And I thought, people don't eat that much cabbage anymore.

I will not be planting the garden. I only do a diagram progression of garden plantings.
