This plant looks like a hybrid of E. agavoides and not the species. In the trade it is known as 'Martin's Hybrid' or more correctly 'Martin'. Background here:

That particular plant is typically tagged as a cultivar of agavoides and not a hybrid of it. Judging by leaves alone, not so obvious. But those big beefy bracts and the flowers that follow are both very different from straight agavoides.

I would like to propose to move this image to the entry for 'Martin'

Echeveria 'Martin'

It has nice posture and shape, and is clearly getting good light. The other image in there not so much. Smiling

Some of the other images in the bin for agavoides look like a decent match for this hybrid as well, but they could also be just really etiolated too, so I hesitate to move those images without seeing floral features.
