The trunk has become soft. And the new leaves are not so shiny and strong

Some more pictures of the other side of the trunk and the whole plant would help.
If all of the trunks are soft, it may be too late. If at least one is firm there is hope.
Give us some idea about care; light, water, fertilizer, repot, etc..
