Wow, nice plants!
Leave them sitting the same place you found them. Don't water too often- once a week is a reasonable starting point.
Someone else may post more details or a link.
Plant it and they will come.

Welcome! to the site!

I agree with the identifications given and here are links to our database entries where you will find growing information and lots of photos for comparison:

#1 Giant White Bird of Paradise (Strelitzia nicolai)

#2 A variety of Tradescantia but I have no clue which one; there are so many that look extremely similar. Here are a few possibilities in our database:
Inch Plant (Tradescantia mundula 'Lisa')
Tradescantia (Continental Group) (Tradescantia Feeling Flirty™)
Inch Plant (Tradescantia cerinthoides 'Nanouk')

#3 Philodendron, possibly Philodendron (Philodendron tatei subsp. melanochlorum 'Congo')

#4 Peperomia but I'm not sure which one. Lots of variegated photos on this page in our database: Baby Rubber Plant (Peperomia obtusifolia 'Variegata')
Or yes, maybe one of the variegated P. magniifolia varieties: https://garden.org/plants/sear...

#5 Jade Plant (Crassula ovata)
Dwarf Jade Plant (Crassula ovata 'Crosby's Compact')

#6 Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica)

Didn't the homeowner leave you with instructions? The plants look great - obviously the homeowner knows what they're doing.
