I would cut it back by half, shift it to a pot about 3" wider, and give it a good dose of a liquid fertilizer. It's winter, but you're warm enough that that shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks Cal. Do you have any recommendations on where to purchase even larger pots? I believe I already have the largest from Lowes.
