I am curious about the prominent posting on that website of the statements quoted below about 'Florida Sweetheart'

***Unauthorized Propagation is Prohibited by Law***

This patent expired in 2012. (See link below - Status "Expired- Lifetime"). Is the writer unaware of how patents work? There is absolutely no current prohibition against propagating it, by anyone.

I'd be a lot more interested in buying it if the website said something like "Florida Sweetheart will multiply if grown well, producing more bulbs. You'll be able to plant more in pots and beds or share them with others."
