I was at Home Depot today to get a few things, as I always do, I love to look at everything I didn't intend to go there for LOL. I saw they have bulbs and other dormant plants already in stock, so I got a bag of dormant black eyed Susan and 2 bags for Lillie's. Wondering if it's okay to plant them now. I live in northern New Jersey

If I was doing it, Yes, I would get them in the ground as soon as I could.

I agree they are better in soil than a dry package. We don't expect much of winter left up here in Mid Atlantic.
I expect they are fulgida.
Plant it and they will come.
