If indeed this is Viburnum x Bodnantense then I have only positively identified this in its bushy horizontal form, not vertical like this.

Viburnum x Bodnantense normally grows into a tall shrub.
I have never ever seen one that is bushy and grows horizontally.

Common one in UK is Viburnum x Bodnantense Dawn.

Part of a tree, but to my mind, as the front wall hides much of the tree, it always seems like it's growing sideways.

@aleema. Looks ok to me . I have one that is a small tree. I trimmed it that way instead of a shrub. There are more pics in the database.

Hmmm...perhaps all those pruning cuts are clues to direction that the plant is being forced to grow.

Absence of pruning cuts may presume a more normal growth habit for the plant.

Agree all around that the plant is Viburnum x bodnantense, and likely the selection 'Dawn' as previously noted.

The huge tree trunk in the background is a weeping cherry tree. The front right are the Blooms of the viburnum of the branches of a 25 year old viburnum. After all it's in my garden and I trained it into a tree.

This is the normal shape of Viburnum x bodnantense completely upright.
Original pic ....that shrub has been butchered.
