This is a cute set up but your jade will probably do better in a clay pot and well draining soil.

This was a cutting that had two leaves on it maybe an inch tall maybe six months ago. She has since lost the two leaves she started with and has been growing like a weed. I'll change the pot when I do my next overhaul or if she shows issues though

She is adorable you can train her as bonsai someday.
