This beautiful plant has been coming up in my pots for years. Time to find out what it is. Please help.

I'm in Sebastian, Fla (Indian River County), which is just south of you and I have this stuff sprouting everywhere! It grows in the boots of palm trees and it's even taking over a couple of my container plants and hanging baskets that stay inside the screened pool enclosure!!
