I was given a cutting I rooted from a master gardener. At the time she didn't know variety. It got 3' tall with larger arrow shaped leaves that are tacky or clingy. The flower in summer are dark cobalt blue. I love it. It didnt make seeds that I know of but I rooted a cutting off it easily. Id like to know name for more cultivation info. Your help is appreciated. I tip my hat to you.

Check out Sage (Salvia 'Big Swing') for comparison. It is Salvia macrophylla x S. sagittata cross. I've read conflicting info on whether it set seeds or not.

The two parent species have a similar look but don't perform as well in our southeastern climate.
