I didn't get through many in the list because my laptop keeps getting hung up but According to the Catalogue of Life, the following are synonyms:

Mexican Holdback (Erythrostemon mexicanus) is a synonym of Cascalote (Tara cacalaco)

Tara spinosa is a synonym of Tara spinosa

Caesalpinia mexicana is actually a synonym for Erythrostemon mexicanus, Lin. Please note that the CoL's Tara cacalaco entry calls C. mexicana an "objectively invalid" synonym.
