Good luck with that. I have never purposely grown one yet they are a weed problem, mostly in my cactus garden so they must have come with some past purchase. Roundup doesn't seem to bother them.

Yikes, I didn't know this interesting plant could be an invasive pest!
Pull them up as soon as you see them, don't water or feed them, and pray for a hard freeze!

Hi & welcome! These are easy to pull up. You can use the back of a straight rake to clear solid patches of babies. Trimming @ soil level with a string trimmer really sets them back especially if done right before a frost. If they're between some kind of thorns, you can use some form of cooking tongs to get a grip on them.
