I have owned this beautiful Dracaena for 5 years and it's always had consistent size leaves until now. You can see comparisons in the photo. The leaves used to grow to be about 2 inches wide and now are growing to be about 0.5 inch, very skinny.

Hi & welcome! The thinner leaf looks like it is below the wider leaf, as far as where it connects to the stem. The newest leaf is what it is doing now. Those cultivar Dracaenas tend to throw weird leaves occasionally. One pic isn't much to go on. Are you able to add more?
