I have a dwarf amazonica (alocasia). I've had it since before Christmas. It's been a struggle trying to find out what the plant likes and/or needs. I finally learned not to overwater the plant, it was growing beautifully even had a side baby plant. It has 1 new leaf coming up now. However, it also has a leaf with a pale yellow color and it's drooping. I had repotted the plant to make sure the roots weren't rotten and they were not. I love this plant and don't want it to die. Please help. Thank you.
I took these pictures this morning. I still have one leaf and one in process. I'm so afraid that I've killed this beautiful plant.

It would help to see a head on shot of that leaf and one of the underside as well.
These plants tend to be finicky. They like to go dormant in winter and when there is not enough light for their liking.

I thought I replied to this. It looks to me ( and I'm not at your house, and am going by your photo) that it's too dry. Alocasia amazonica Poly is a kind of finicky plant. The water, light and humidity all have to be right.
You can cut that bad leaf off. It's not helping the plant.
This plant needs a bright Sunny position, regular water but not being soggy, good air movement ( a fan to circulate air helps). It's hard to up humidity in the house, don't mist… that does nothing and can lead to fungus starting up…if you have a humidifier that's best
