Concord grape, massachusetts

Hi everyone,
It is May 8 2024 here in Massachusetts, and my Concord grape vine has not had a single bud. I am worried that it might be dead. The vine is about 7 years old. Wonder if the spring was too cold this season.

Go scratch a stem with your fingernail. If there's green under the surface bark, its alive.
