Hello: I have experienced several of my peonies developing "bullhead" buds. It first started with Red Charm and this season I am seeing it on Lemon Chiffon. Has anyone else experienced this condition? Is there a treatment or advise on how to prevent this from spreading to my entire planting? I have been searching for information for several years without any success and hope that someone could help me out with this serious problem. Thanks. Susan
