I'm writing a petition to local, state, and federal representatives to bring back the Victory Garden program of WW2 but revamp it for the 21st with the addition of affordable sustainable agriculture systems and was wondering what the best ones out there were or if it would be better to request the representatives invest in research and development of their own systems that are more affordable than what's already the best on the market!

I did a quick google search for Hydraponic/Aeroponic Towers and found a slew of different varieties, sizes and prices. It's a very interesting concept but something I have no experience with so I can't be of help but hopefully one or more of our members have tried these towers and will be able to offer advice and/or suggestions.

I'm with Sue... totally confused about what you are asking.

Maybe you first look at what your state university programs do with home gardening and such systems. Maryland for example has a nice program supporting home gardeners. (Extension Service- and I'd be not surprised if that was an agency supporting Victory Gardening. It seems a good fit)
