Agree that it's a D. fragrans cultivar. What does the tag say?

Possibly 'Massangeana'
Mass Cane (Dracaena fragrans 'Massangeana')

Also compare to 'Hawaiian Sunshine'
Corn Plant (Dracaena fragrans 'Hawaiian Sunshine')

In a few years, it should be more apparent if you can't decide today.

That is not 'Hawaiian Sunshine', which has a narrower leaf.
