Help identify this grass that I found along a walkway in a park. It doesn't look like it has been mowed, yet it looks incredibly flat, almost carpet like. It looks like something that one might encounter at a golf course. I don't golf, so I don't know what golf course grass looks like in comparison. But I like how flat it is.

I originally thought it was bermuda grass. I tried to seed bermuda grass at home, but the bermuda grass is taller than this. I'm pretty sure this grass wasn't meticulously cut to this very short height.
