By flaflwrgrl

I take it, but I never thought about giving to my birds. I'm going to try this tomorrow...both indoors, and out. Thumbs up I think I'll give it to my indoor birds in an extra dish and see which they go for the most.

I was reading on some bird forums & they give it to their birds; also on some poultry forums. Interesting. I don't know how much you should put in a little bird water dish though. I got the amounts I stated here from sites where they were talking specifically about putting it in bird baths.

I'd definitely go very light on the amount in a supplemental water dish. Thanks for the cautionary note, Ann. Thumbs up

The links you read stated it was completely safe to add a cap full to the water?

Some links said 1 tsp. per gallon & some links said 1 cap full but I took it they meant the size cap on the bottle as pictured not something like a gallon jug which would have a larger cap.

Google it Marilyn.

1 tsp. per gallon is what I'll do. I'll pour a tsp. in and add at least 1 gal. nodding

I'll google it a little later.

Thanks for the tip! I tip my hat to you. Thumbs up
