My Ruffled Strawberry Parfait starts blooming the last week of August.
The ruffling and teeth show best with warm weather with lesser edges as the weather cools.
I have to wait until the seeds ripen first, RSP starts so latehere that most of what I do with it envolves frozen pollen.
I've had it since 2007, slow increase, but by far my favorite Reckamp
I don't think it's an expensive plant, but I haven't really looked for awhile.

I will be selling RSP seeds on the auction, my listings will start sometime in October ID "gramps" living in NE Wisconsin my season starts later than most.
If anyone is into the polychrome look I have some of the best polychrome breeder plants that I use for making crosses.
I breed for Reckamo glow with an attitude plus a few other things I do for fun

My favorite first-year seedling Shores of Time X Rosy Rhino #2 is reblooming, and it has another rebloom scape on the way!


INDIAN RIPPLE has a very late scape blooming.


SAFE ISLAND had a rebloom flower earlier in the week.

That seedling is really beautiful, Debra! And the other two aren't too shabby either!

Indian Ripple is special. The sdlg is very nice.

Very pretty seedling Debra and lovely image of Indian Ripple. Only a few still blooming, Love Comes Quickly, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Buffalo Springfield, Peaches En Regalia had it's last bloom Friday and some of the new spring planted seedlings are blooming still. So far we've had two mornings in the 30's and are expecting a killing frost Tuesday morning, the geese have been flying overhead off and on all day, I think the hummingbirds have gone but will leave the feeder up for any others traveling through... what a great bloom season it was!!!

Char - I can't believe you are expecting a killing frost so soon. I've really enjoyed your photos this season - especially of your Hansons.

Char....yep it's coming tomorrow night, killer frost. I hope the weatherman is wrong. Have to bring inside all my Hibiscus plants tomorrow off the deck. And today was such a pristine day here on the mountain. Temps in the low 70's. I worked in the garden all afternoon preparing the plants for Winter. However, I was astounded to see at least 5 plants with new rebloom scapes with buds. Like Char, I still have some plants blooming.

MERCURY RISING - Truly an amazingly beautiful plant. Blooming for 2 months, and on its last bloom, it doubles for me.

KEEP ON LOOKING - Another plant that has been blooming for 2 months. Getting harder for this flower to open completely with the cmo lower temperatures.

Look what popped open this morning - Liz Salter's ALL STAR EDITION, a 4" small that I dearly love!
