It is a species, and not a named Cultivar. So you are safe.

I didn't realize you'd changed so my photo is the one people see in the database! Aw thank you I thought my coloration was different from yours, but looked again at the photos and I think mine is redder, but very similar

The time of year and temperatures determine the color. Right now mine has a lot of red in it. I need to get a new photo.
