I tried to google a website for James Hall and had no luck. Do you know if he has one? He's the hybridizer of BUDDY'S WILD AND WONDERFUL, isn't he? I would love to see his daylilies...
Thanks Michele -- And by the way, I really love that poly! And the others aren't too shabby either!
And Fred, those flowers are really gorgeous. I really love both of yours, and PRISSY GIRL looks absolutely yummy too. And that 2012 George intro with the teeth -- wow! Those two Trimmer daylilies are so different from each other and really spectacular too.
Ooh, Fred -- BRIAR PATCH -- the daylily I covet most of all! That is the most incredible flower!!! And I guess we all want HAPPY HAPPY too... I really love LILLIAN'S TEARS AND ROSES (that I keep wanting to call "TEA AND ROSES" for some reason), and I had not seen LILLIAN'S STUFF AND SUCH BEFORE -- absolutely yummy! And I can't get over the big beautiful sepals on those two! It looks like you're getting a lot of blooms already, and I really appreciate your posting these wonderful pictures.
Wow, gorgeous flowers, Michele! Love that first seedling from Lyle, plus BUDDY'S WILD AND WONDERFUL, and PORT ORANGE really stands out too. Thanks so much for posting these, and please keep it up!
OK, now I have one that I really love! It's PIXIE PERFECT (Stan Holley, 2009), and I think it's really adorable. The flowers are only about 3" and have the most brilliant neon chartreuse throats that provide incredible contrast to the deep dark burgundy eyes. I've only had the plant for about a month now and it's still in a pot, so the whole plant is only about a foot tall, but it's supposed to get up to 20". This mini was a gift plant and I am totally thrilled with it!
