Jo Anne, well, as you know, life can hold many surprises for us & it ends up we did not build on that property. Instead we bought 6 ac. with a house & 80 pecan trees already on it. We closed on it in March of this year & moved in.

I am a strong believer in the simple fact is that what matters in this life is how we treat others. I think that's what living is all about. Not what I've done in my life but how I've treated others. ~~ Sharon Brown

Ann, loved the tour of your garden "down south". That privacy wall is beautiful and if you crop off the top of the picture, I would swear you are on the water's edge!

The house is only a short walk on sidewalks to the beach & a hop, skip & a jump to the Intracoastal Waterway where we have deeded membership in a boat ramp.
