Just filled up the freezer with grass-fed beef from a farm in the next county over. It's a small chest freezer, and there are only two of us, so we got 1/4 of a beef. Woot! We had 15 lbs. of it made into breakfast sausage, so we had breakfast for dinner tonight. Mmmm.

p.s. also had grape jelly on the toast, which I made from wild grapes picked across the street
