To me a glare is either a dirty look or
a frown, both denote displeasure.

We are human. Someone might
disapprove of a request, say,
seeds of a noxious plant, so the
glare is useful, even if unpleasant.
At our ranchiito we do NOT keep bees.
They and other critters grace us with their presence, and we provide for their need to the best of our abilities.
