Lovely. Didn't know that azaleas came in that color. What is the name?

Mary, that azalea is a NOID, I believe I got it at the grocery store years ago before I was keeping track of who was who. It's been a very tidy shrub for me - well behaved with no pruning needed. Last summer the neighbor pup fell right into the middle of it from our porch, and the hole she created has almost totally healed.

Not sure what daf that is , I bought a bunch of bags from Costco and mixed them up. That line of daffodils is just lovely this year. At 12.99 a bag I could not resist.

The other is a dog tooth lily. I will check the name.

Finally sorted out my fruit blooms - the one on the left is a dwarf Stanley plum and on the right is some sort of standard pear, maybe Bradford? The fruit is always scabby so it's just an ornamental/screening tree for me.

OH gorgeous. I have one apple tree that actually produces pretty little 2 to 3 inch apples. Red. It sits across from Thunder Child a dark leaves crabapple with gorgeous dark red flowers.

My favorite part of the lot this time of year is my little front yard. It is a wild assortment of miniature bearded iris, lilacs, heather, Oregon grape, sala, hellebores, pacific and old-fashioned bleeding hearts, ferns, Japanese maples, sweet woodruff, flowering almond bushes, and Spanish hyathins. Here is a few snaps.

The amazing thing is that I spend only a couple of hours during the entire year maintaining it. Wildness suits me Lovey dubby

Here's where Julia @Springcolor and I went yesterday - to tour my cousin's maple/conifer collection. These are all in pots surrounding his house. He has many more incorporated into the landscaping at his folk's house, which is an ever-changing scene. I'll have to go take pictures there on a less-sunny day, the glare was a bit difficult to work with (no complaints, it was great to have some sunshine...)
