@valleylynn Beautiful pictures! I don't think it takes but a couple of years for them to reach blooming size. They have lots of seeds. Several years ago, I raked the leaves away from the plants, and the ground was green with little plants. The only problem with that is the fact that it is so rocky, they are really hard to get out. I have given them to several of my neighbors and I think they have bloomed in a couple of years.
Here is a picture of my "creek." I still have to pull some weeds and grass out before the rains come and water everything. Just to the right across the creek is a mahonia that is a volunteer, probably from my neighbor's bush.
